Referring a patient to Bold Bite Orthodontics takes under two minutes. The referring office sends the patient and a brief case note; Dr. Trang Cao and Dr. Martin Greenberg handle the consultation, full diagnostic workup, treatment plan, and written report back to the referring practice.

Evaluate
Free comprehensive consultation with a Vatech Green CT (ultra-low-dose 3D CBCT showing teeth, jaws, sinuses, and full airway), iTero or Allied Star digital scan, and AI-assisted airway analysis. Both Dr. Cao and Dr. Greenberg review the records together — two specialist opinions on every plan, no extra cost to the patient or referring office.
Report
Written treatment plan and key CBCT images returned to the referring office within five business days. Progress letters follow at every milestone — appliance delivery, Phase‑I completion, debonding, retainer placement. Patients return to the referring practice for hygiene, restorative, and routine dental care throughout active orthodontic treatment.

Complex cases are a strength, not a referral-out — both doctors trained at the Jacksonville University CODA-accredited orthodontic residency and Dr. Cao is an ABO Diplomate (Board Certified). Both doctors trained at Jacksonville University’s CODA-accredited orthodontic residency program. Dr. Cao earned the Specialty Certificate in Orthodontics, the Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study (CAGS), and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics — ABO Board Certified, a distinction held by fewer than half of practicing orthodontists.
